8Sinn Cage for Sony a7S III & Top Handle Scorpio

The Cage for Sony a7S III & Top Handle Scorpio with Removable ARRI Rosette combines a formfitting protective cage with an aluminum top handle and a removable ARRI rosette that allows you to orient the top handle through 360° forward and back. The removable ARRI-style rosette features 1/4″ mounting slots, allowing you to position it at a variety of positions on the cage. The slots are countersunk to match the included screw heads for a snug, nonslip fit. The cage features numerous 1/4″-20 threaded accessory mounting holes, and it protects your camera from the stress of attaching accessories.

The Scorpio’s M6 mounting screw threads into the rosette’s M6 threaded mounting hole, and the interlocking ridges provide a twist-free lock. The Scorpio’s knuckle can be loosened slightly, allowing you to orient the top handle how you need it and then quickly locking it back into place. The top handle features multiple 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 threaded mounting holes, four cold shoes (two in front and two in the rear), and a 15mm rod clamp well suited for attaching an optional 15mm rod and EVF or other accessory.
